Description
Polini positions itself in the category of cylinders over 70cc with the Big Evolution 52mm series.
The Polini BigBore range consists of two cylinders, an 84cc cylinder (original stroke 39.2mm) and a 94cc cylinder (long stroke 44mm). The bore of both cylinders is 52mm, the maximum that can be reached without touching the position of the cylinder studs.
Thus, the Polini Big Evolution cylinder is 2mm bigger than the Malossi BigBore cylinders.
It has 6 intake transfers which gives 129° of opening in diagram, the exhaust is a huge partition wall which gives 192° of diagram anyway!
Really impressive both in terms of performance and aesthetics!
The external appearance is identical to that of the Evolution IV cylinders. In terms of performance, the 94cc version reaches almost 30 hp.
Caution: The crankcase must be machined and is only recommended for experienced tuners.
Attention: This version must be fitted with a crankshaft with 85 crank and 44 stroke.
