VOCA Racing exhaust wool, the perfect replacement for your silencer.

The ceramic components of the fibre mean this is a high-quality competition product, with the best acoustic insulation and very good resistance to high temperatures. For good noise isolation and service life, the density of the fibre inside the silencer is vital.

The VOCA fibre is made in the form of a canvas, so the assembly is easier.

• First, remove the silencer and then remove the old fibre from inside the silencer.
• Second, wrap the VOCA fibre around the inside of the silencer. VOCA fibre can be used for any 2T exhaust silencer.

To change the fibre, the following must be taken into account:

• Silencer with very little fibre: The exhaust is very quiet, but after a short period, the fibre moves due to gases and forms an empty space. The exhaust will become very noisy again and the fibre will wear out very fast.

• Silencer with too much fibre: The useful life of the fibre is longer, but you won't get the best acoustic insulation. It's possible the exhaust will make more noise. At the time of assembly, we recommend not wrapping too tightly and not pressing too much on the fibre.

When attaching the silencer cap, it is also useful to seal the edges with heat resistant silicone.
