Return instructions

All returns will be processed through postventa@motoscoot.net.

- Print and fill up the Return Form and add it to the product you wish to return:

Return Conditions

* Motoscoot operates with a 30-day return policy.

* When a product is returned we will not return the Power Coins used in the purchase.

* All shipping fees are the Client’s responsibility. We recommend you send your package through standard Mail.

* Motoscoot will only cover the shipping fees if the product is considered a warranty or there is a mistake on our end.

* We will not accept the return of products that don’t gather the conditions for resale, such as cracks, dirt, scratches, assembly, signs of use, etc.

* If the original packaging or casing is not in mint condition, Motoscoot.net will charge a minimum of 5€ (tax included) for repackaging and tagging.

* It is very important that the product is properly secured in order to avoid being damaged during the return. Motoscoot.net is not responsible for possible damages that may occur during the shipping. We will contact the client to access the possible cost or to cancel the return.

If there is any damage to the package, you must make it known to the carrier before signing the notice of reception and you must contact Motoscoot.net within the next 24 hours.

The Client must check the package upon reception to ensure all the contents are correct. If there is anything missing, wrong or damaged, the Client must contact Motoscoot.net 24 hours after receiving the package.

Money into account: 

Motoscoot will deposit Power Coins into the costumers account for the amount of the product being returned.

Exchange for another product: 

On the return form you must add the references of the products being exchanged.

Once the products have been received and accessed Motoscoot will issue a quote with Money into account.

A new invoice will be created and the new amount to be paid will be calculated (an exchange implies a new delivery fee for the costumer).

The costumer will receive an e-mail with the amount to be charged.

Once the exchange has been confirmed, the product will be sent and the exchange will be finalized.

Money return:

* By default the amount will be returned through the same system used to make the purchase. In the event of money transfer or cash-on-delivery, the client must fill the bank account number section on the return form.

As indicated by the law, during the first 24 months from the date of purchase you can manage a warranty. This warranty covers possible manufacturing defects and excludes misuse by the customer. It is essential to have the sales invoice, as it is the proof of purchase from our store on the specific date.

Motoscoot sends an invoice with each order; Do not hesitate to ask for it if you do not receive it.

The technical service of Motoscoot will make a first evaluation of the product to determine the best procedure with the manufacturer. You may be asked to send photos or detailed information; this is to try to avoid that you have to send us the product (avoiding transport costs).

The products and vehicles not approved for circulation on public roads are considered only for sporting use, therefore classified as "competition". These items are not included in the "Consumer Goods Act", so they are not treated within the conventional parameters.

If we need the product for the process, Motoscoot has a collection service. You can also send us the package by your own means.

We manage the warranty directly with the manufacturer, as they are the ones who decide whether to accept or deny it.

If it is necessary to send the product to the manufacturer, you will be asked for authorization to perform this management. The approximate waiting period depending on the manufacturer is 1 to 3 weeks as some products must be sent to the manufacturer's warehouses (e.g. Italy) Motoscoot does not advance a refund or change of article until the manufacturer authorizes it.

If the manufacturer accepts the warranty, Motoscoot.net will send everything necessary, without any cost to the customer, to the same delivery address of the order.

If the manufacturer denies the warranty, the article will be returned to the customer, who assumes the generated shipping costs (Manufacturer - Motoscoot - Customer).

Competition and electronic equipments have a lower warranty time limit, or may not even have it (as a general rule - 3 to 6 months), depending on the manufacturer. In case of doubt, contact us before placing an order so that we can inform you of each specific case.
