European Union

All fees are shown before proceeding to check-out. This includes shipping costs or a note informing you that they will be calculated and charged later, as well as any other fees. There are exceptions, such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, etc. The additional fees must be paid to the relevant local authorities.

Outside European Union:

The amount shown on the delivery cost DOES NOT INCLUDE possible additional customs fees or taxes that must be covered by the client upon receiving the order.

Whenever you place an order you can choose any of the following payment options:

MONEY TRANSFER: We recommend this method to avoid paying fees. You can transfer the money from your bank account (i.e. Online banking) or by issuing the payment at an ATM. When making the transfer please include the 'Order Number' to speed up the process. If you're making a rush order please email us the payment receipt at info@motoscoot.com.

DEBIT/CREDIT CARD: You can use your VISA and MasterCard for fast and secure payments. You will be redirected to the Banco Sabadell webpage where you can make your payment under strick security measures. MS ProPerformance 2008 S.L. does not receive, manage or store any information regarding your debit or credit cards. We accept VISA and MasterCard (except for those issued in the USA) that have been approved for ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS. If you have a DINER, AMEX or any other card, please contact the entity that issued the card to ensure it is compatible with the SERMEPA payment systems.

PAYPAL: If you wish to use PAYPAL for your payments please send us an email at (info@motoscoot.es).

PayPal provides a high level of security against payment fraud and unauthorized transactions. PayPal will never share any of your financial data with us.

For security reasons Motoscoot only accepts PayPal transactions that have the same name, address and email as the customer placing the order.
