The correct break-in of the brake pads: is done by a series of gentle brakings holding the brake lever for 10-15 seconds and then releasing the brake to cool the disc and pads, repeating this action 5 or 6 times.
This achieves a correct thermal cycle and heating, cooling of the system, and subsequently better braking.
