Leovince-Sito

The story of the brand LeoVince starts in Turin (Italy) in 1954. Initially, the factory specialised in the production of replacement parts for exhausts for 2T and 4T motorcycles; this products are still in place and are distributed under the Sito and Sito Plus brands. Through the years the production has expanded with the development of specialised exhaust systems for Maxiscooter, Sports, Motocross and motorcycles known throughout the world under the LeoVince brand.

Several MotoGP, Superbike, Motocross and Enduro, as well as several teams that participate in national and international competitions have fitted LeoVince exhausts into their vehicles. All these events have allowed LeoVince technicians to acquire the necessary experience to develop the current range by using complex materials like carbon fibre.

The Research and Development Department is located in a completely new infrastructure in Monticello D’Alba (Italy) and expands over 1.500m². A team of specialised technicians is tasked with designing, developing and testing all LeoVince exhaust systems. Apart from the required standard team for the production of prototypes, the R&D department has test beds and specialised testing machinery for the development and finish of exhaust systems.

They also make all the necessary tests for the homologation of the exhausts by using the measuring equipment ‘Pass-By-Noise’ and by collaborating with the most important Control Agencies in Europe to abide by the current regulations.
