Christiaan Foopen, known in the world of Vespas as Ollandese Volante, is the creator and founder of PLC Corse. Originally from Holand, he moved to Italy a few years ago, where he really found his passion for Vespas.
Fibreglass is one of the most used materials for PLC products. Proved and tested in competition, all the products go through quality control before being available in the market. The Pinasco team is in charge of testing the products in competition, with a motorcycle equipped front to lower chassis and from the fuel tank to handlebar protector.
