This system includes the latest generationMultivar MHR variator, combined with the rest of the components it allows to obtain impressive performances!

The Torque Driver (moving pulley) has a larger diameter compared to the original one, and its avant-garde design allows to obtain a significantly higher lengthening of the transmission development compared to the original pulley.

Malossi 's technicians have taken care of every detail in the production of this pulley, using special materials and in particular the thermodynamic treatment that gives it a very high resistance to wear and high mechanical strength.

The Over Range is completed by the fixed half pulley which is diamond-ground on the belt running surface and with a recalculated angle to further increase the shifting range.

Finally, the over rangesystem is complemented by the torsion controler.
