Innovative Crimaz conical crankshaft sprocket system, so we do not have to install the key.
Ideal for elaborate engines, and is even the perfect solution when the crankshaft keyway is in poor condition.
We recommend tightening the nut with a dynamometer to the torque indicated by the manufacturer of 70NM (7kg). For more safety apply thread locker to the nut.
Assembly: assemble the cone on the crankshaft, overlap the pinion, apply thread locker to the thread and assemble the washer and nut, block the pinion with the bell with a tool to tighten it to 70NM (7Kg). If we do not have the tool with a coin of 5 cents will be enough.
Disassembly: we position the extractor on the pinion, we screw the three screws, once assembled we tighten the central screw that presses on the crankshaft until it is unlocked.
