Pneumatic exhaust valve Rotax 122 d=54mm cylinder Italkit

Pneumatic adjustable exhaust valve from Italkit for Rotax 122 Ø54mm cylinders (for example Aprilia RS 125) or for oversized cylinders.

This valve works by the pressure of exhaust gases, and thanks to its regulation it can be configured for progressive opening from 6000rpm to 8500rpm depending on the desired configuration for the engine.

The valve opening start can be configured between 9 different positions.

The positions are numbered, with the 1st being the softest position and the 9th being the hardest position. The more hardness, the higher RPM the valve opening will take place.

To install it in Aprilia Rotax cylinders (which use an electronically cable-actuated valve), the base of the valve seat must be drilled with a 4.5mm drill, all the way to the bottom of the exhaust port. To carry out this operation, the gasket included in the kit can be used as a template.
