Polini develops new variators for 50cc engines, known as Hi-Speed ​​variators.

Now also available as a kit. The variator convince with their high quality and the changes made that make them more competent.

Previously known as Eco Kits, these kits include the variator (6 rollers), contrast spring and a supplement Evo-Slider that minimizes the torsion of the spring. Depending on the bike model, it can also include an additional set of clutch rollers and springs.

The Maxi HI Speed ​​has a new polishing process on the roller tracks, which has improved its glide. The nozzle is made of special hardened and ground chromium-nickel steel.

It stands out dut to its large inner bag with an internal grease reservoir function, in which a kind of spring is placed that allows a constant distribution of the grease on the bolt, even in the most difficult conditions. With this feature, you can see the difference compared to previous models, due to the fact that the performance remains constant and it is no longer necessary to continuously modify the roller settings to find the best performance.

Supplied with a contrast spring with 10% less hardness compared to the original, increases the rotation rate at the outputs. The rollers are coated with a new blend of nylon material and aramid fibres.

In addition, Polini ensures that thanks to its features, this new variator requires less maintenance, in large part, thanks to nozzle and bolt lubrication.
