This evo 3 model is a high end nykasil treated aluminium kit, its bore is Ø47.6mm which gives a displacement of about 70cc real.
What has been changed the most is the exhaust outlet of the cylinder, which now has a T-port. Compared to the Evolution 2, it is noticeable that the two additional outlets have been replaced.
The exhaust outlet is a T-port (rectangular), it may seem quite surprising but it improves the efficiency of the horizontal exhaust. The intake is done by 6 transfers, 2 rear, 4 side which are also very well designed when passing under the exhaust, to get the best performance a 24mm to 26mm carburettor is recommended.
With these racing kits, a set of base gaskets of different thicknesses are supplied to make your squish. This cylinder announced by Polini has a power output of 21 HP at 13.400 rpm.
