Stage6 R / T Cylinder Kit 95cc Big Bore Minarelli Horizontal LC
Based on the 70cc R/T cylinder that has revolutionised the preparation of racing scooter engines, the Stage6 manufacturer brings out a 95cc Big Bore version.
The Stage6 R / T 95CC Big Bore cylinder kit achieves 24 to 26 hp and can be placed in one of the best kits on the market.
Unlike other manufacturers, Stage6 not only enlarges the cylinder bore, but also changes the design of the channels and transfers.
The 52mm bore and a 5mm longer connecting rod ensure beastly performance at just 12,600rpm.
Stage6 follows the concept of a modular cylinder, which allows the cylinder body to be mounted on different engines.
The O-ring between the cylinder and the cylinder mount is made of Viton®-O-Ring.
the stud bolts are mounted in the cylinder holder, which in turn has to be mounted in the crankcase.
The thermal properties are excellent, the combustion chamber is bolted to the cylinder at five points, each with its own cooling pocket.These highly critical areas arestabilisedand the risk of piston seizure is minimised.
The
coated Vertex pistonmakes the running time shorter and has significantly better running properties to forgive small errors.

This concept has the advantage that the cylinder design is not limited by the position of the studs, which is the case with other BigBores cylinders. The kit comes with the nozzle for the Stage6 R/T exhaust.

Note: To fit the Stage6 R/T 95 cylinder the crankcase has to be bored to 58.40mm. The Stage6 R/T 95cc cylinder has to be combined with a crankshaft with 90mm connecting rod and 44mm stroke. 14mm bolt. With a Big Bore exhaust and Iridim spark plug
