Stage6 R/T 100FL crankshaft 47mm stroke, 100mm connecting rod for Malossi C-One and RC-One crankcases.

Crankshaft designed exclusively for the Stage6 R/T 100cc FLR R/T Cylinder for maximum power.

In contrast to conventional crankshafts, the lower crankshaft pin of the Stage6 R/T shaft is 20 mm. The lower connecting rod bearing was chosen correspondingly larger. This leads to the fact that the cheek pressure is much stiffer and the whole crankshaft is much more durable atmaximum power outputs above 40hp and especially in track use.

of course, special attention was also paid to the design and balancing of the crankshaft, especially in view of the use with the RT100cc cylinder.

Technical features:

• High-end balancing using six high-density tungsten inserts (17.6 g/cm3) and ultra-lightweight connecting rod (less than 80 g).

• Hot forged shafts of 18 Ni Cr Mo5 case hardened steel.

• Double hardening cycle for connecting rod, also with controlled hardness.

• Perfect surface finish by grinding and lapping for greater reliability with 100% dimensional stability.
