JT black zinc steel sprockets are manufactured using only the best high carbon C49 steel for the rear sprockets to reduce wear and tear and then add a black zinc coating to the original sprocket making the material even more resistant.
After the post-heat treatment, each item is checked manually, setting new quality standards for JT Sprockets in the motorcycle industry.
