Polini variator Maxi HI Speed, designed specifically for your motorbike, with which you will increase the performance of your motorbike.
The Maxi HI Speed has a new polishing process on the roller tracks, which has improved their sliding. The nipple is made of special hardened and ground nickel chrome case hardened steel. It is distinguished by its large inner bag with internal grease reservoir function in which a kind of spring is placed that allows a constant distribution of grease on the pin even in the most difficult conditions. With this feature you can notice the difference compared to previous models in the fact that the performance remains constant and it is no longer necessary to continuously modify the roller settings to find the best performance.
Supplied with a contrast spring with 10% less hardness compared to the original, it increases the rotation speed at the starts. The rollers are covered with a new mixture of nylon material and aramidic fibres.
In addition, Polini claims that thanks to its performance, this new variator requires less maintenance, thanks in large part to the lubrication of the bushing and the pin.
