Piaggio Piaggio MHR C-One 70cc Malossi crankcase
Malossi technicians present the Malossi C-One 70cc crankcase developed for competition.
It has been designed to fit the Malossi C-ONE cylinder to be equipped with a 70cc cylinder and 39mm stroke crankshaft with the studs on the outside of the cylinder. At last a crankcase that is already prepared for Malossi competition components which makes it obsolete to face the crankcase.
A completely Plug & Play designed crankcase which means that nothing needs to be modified on the engine as the Malossi components such as the cylinder and crankshaft are mounted as they are.

Pair of crankcases, die-cast in high strength aluminium/silicon alloy.
Crankcase with silent block 5,250 Kg.
Distance between crankshaft and clutch 270 mm.
Distance between stud holes 48 x 48 mm.
Crankshaft bearings 20 x 47 x 14.
Oil seals FKM.
Laminar valve VL 18.
Manifold X360 Ø 21 - 28 l. 27.
Cylinder studs in steel 8.8 according to UNI EN20898/1.
Liquid fitting.
Wheel axle bearing 20 x 47 x 14.
Needle bushing dimension 16 x 22 x 12.
