Complete crankcase for Piaggio 100cc from TPR Factory.

TPR Factory brings us this complete crankcase for mounting oversized 100cc kits on Piaggio Scooter LC engines.

Main features of the crankcase:

Crankshaft:

• This crankcase is made of Aluminium alloy , silicon, magnesium and manganese. Crankcase prepared to fit crankshafts up to 47mm stroke, 96mm crank centre distance, without any modification.

Cooling:

• Intended for use with electric water pump, thus eliminating the energy absorption of the mechanical water pump.
• Enlarged bearing seats with special features.
• Large coolant passage sections.

Transmission.

• The wheelbase has been extended, shifting the position of the wheel axle 10mm towards the rear axle and 10mm towards the tarmac. This improves the chassis and allows the rear shock to be 10mm shorter. Any transmission can be fitted.
• The gearbox is completely innovative, introducing a higher pitch, improved coaxial precision and eliminates the conventional transmission cover.

Torsen:

• The torsen now has a much more compact diameter, without acting on the exhaust bores. This allows for a stronger connection and perfect alignment. The section is over 14mm, thus being much more robust than the competition.

Intake:

• The air intake has been radically redesigned. You will be able tomount larger reed boxes and carburettors, and it allows a better position of the carburettor in relation to the wheel. reed boxes can be mounted up to central size 60x40.

Ventilation

• The ventilation of the transmission area has been optimised with two generous channels (inlet and outlet).
