Stage6 HPC crankshaft stroke 45 and 90mm connecting rod for Minarelli AM6 engines.

The manufacturer Stage6 developed this High Primary Compression(HPC) crankshaft especially for Stage6 88cc cylinder kits(Big Racing + Streetrace).

The top quality crankshaft arms of this crankshaft are lighter and together with the light alloy counterweights, the balance of this crankshaft is excellent. The connecting rod, specially designed for this crankshaft, offers significantly higher strength as it is 14mm wide (instead of 12mm); this reduces bearing wear and increases stability even at extremely high speeds.

It is recommended to always fit new bearings when modifying the crankshaft.

Attention:

• Most Minarelli AM6 cylinders come standard with an 85mm connecting rod. You will need to compensate for the height difference with a 5mm spacer (except on Stage6 cylinders).
• The crankcase must be milled slightly to open it up; calculate accurately beforehand, fit the parts and paint the correct dimensions on the case so that the connecting rod clearance is clearly visible.
