Oversized Malossi cylinder for Yamaha Aerox, Yamaha Neo's and MBK Nitro 50cc 4T.

This 44 bore cylinder has a cubic capacity of 66cc, giving you a little more power on these 4-stroke models.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Cylinder

• Bore : Ø 44mm.
• Stroke : 43,6mm.
• Displacement : 66,3cc.
• Compression ratio : 12,01.
• Material : Aluminium alloy with high silicon content, honed and hardened, inner liner with silicon carbide overlay in a galvanic nickel matrix and cross honing with two diamond passages with very tight tolerances.
• Processing : on machines with high-precision numerically controlled tools.
• Piston-cylinder coupling selection of 0.05mm.
• Newly calculated, extra-large heat exchange surfaces.

Piston

• Super compact with three piston rings.
• Material: special desilicon aluminium main alloy with reduced thermal expansion with added tin on the sliding walls.
• Processing on numerically controlled machines.
• Lightened and reinforced.
• Extra large heat exchange surfaces

Segments

• Special high stroke and very high mechanical strength.
• Ist compression segment in nitrided and chromium-plated steel.
• Second segment in special iron.
• Three-piece oil scraper in special steel, alloyed and chromium-plated.
