System consists of:
- Reinforced clutch for urban use(Fly Clutch)
- DC04 steel bell(Clutch Bell) dynamically balanced.
Malossi's new proposal aims to guarantee superior qualitythrough the assembly of two prestigious components that optimise the operation of the scooter power transmission system.
Features:
Fly Clutch
Fly clutch is a reinforced centrifugal clutch created to overcome difficult journeys such as frequent starts on mountain routes, or in urban traffic, full of traffic lights, especially with a passenger on board, during the hot seasons when it is impossible to keep temperatures under control.
Clutch Bell
Bell in DC04 steel, obtained by cold forming;
Central pin in carbon steel taken from the bar and added by Tig welding;
Anti-vibration plate stamped and fixed by 3 welding points placed at 1200 from each other;
Balancing followed at 100% throughout the production;
Heat treatment of morbid nitriding.
