Clutch and hood Maxi Delta System for Piaggio / Vespa 125-150 by Malossi.

The system consists of:

• Patented adjustable clutch(Delta Clutch).
• Reinforced bell(Wing Clutch Bell) with dynamically balanced cooling fins, designed for everyday and sporty use.

The Delta Clutch is a clutch born in the scooter racing environment and has become the reference tool for vehicle tuning.

The simplicity of the system allows in a very short time to adjust the tension of the spring antagonist to the centrifugal force and the possibility to replace the spring itself with others with a different K

The Wing Clutch Bell has the following technical characteristics:

• Bell in mild steel DC04, obtained by cold moulding.
• Central pin in carbon steel extracted from the bar and added by Tig welding.
• Morbid nitriding thermochemical treatment.
• Alloyed carbon steel reinforcement ring obtained by chip extraction with burnishing surface treatment, interference fit shoes.
• 100% dynamically balanced.
