Conic Pinion Gear Z-28 27/69 Crimaz

Attention: only compatible with straight teeth bells.

Innovative Crimaz conical crankshaft primary drive gear, so the key doesn't have to be installed.

Ideal for tuned engines and the perfect solution for a crankshaft key in bad conditions.

We recommend tightening the nut with a dynamometer with the same torque indicated by the manufacturer of 70NM (7kg) and for increased safety apply thread locker on the thread.

Assembly: Mount the cone on the crankshaft, overlapping the drive gear, apply thread locker on the thread and fit the washer and the nut, block the drive gear with the bell, use a tool to tighten it to 70NM (7Kg). If you don't have the tool, a 5 cents coin will be enough.

Disassembly: Place the puller over the gear, screw the three screws, once assembled tighten the central screw that lays pressure on the crankshaft until it comes loose.
