Description

Cylinder Bidalot RF80WR 80cc c.44,9 connecting rod 90mm for Derbi Euro 3 / 4 / 5.

Modified cylinder defining new transfer and exhaust cores, adapted to its 80cc displacement.

These cores have been studied to provide very high performance at high revs, without penalizing torque and power at mid-range.

The water ducts have been improved, surrounding the load transfer and exhaust, with constant thicknesses to guarantee stability and obtain optimized cooling.

This cylinder is designed to be fitted with the ref.12100886 44.9 mm crankshaft, 90 mm connecting rod.

The exhaust nozzle included in the kit with the Racing factory exhausts has 4 bolts. However, it is possible to mount a nozzle with 2 bolts, with a distance between bolts of 50 mm.

Features

  • Distribution heights and compression ratio suitable for Racing use (±193° Exhaust, ±132° transfers, for a volumetric ratio of 15.8-16.0/1)
  • It requires the assembly of all Racing components to get the most out of it, 80/90cc exhaust pipe, intake with 28 / 32 mm carburettor, Reed Valve VForce3 reed box and Bidalot WR Rotor.
  • The extreme degree of performance also requires excellent mechanical knowledge for adjustment and maintenance.
