• Material: aluminium alloy with high silicon content, hardened and tempered, inner liner with silicon carbide overlay in a galvanic nickel matrix and cross honing with two diamond passes with very tight tolerances
• Processing: on machines with high-precision CNC tools
• Piston-cylinder coupling 0.05 mm selection
• Newly calculated, extra-large heat exchange surfaces

• Material: special main alloy of silicon aluminium with reduced thermal expansion with added tin on sliding walls

• Special high travel and very high mechanical resistance
• 1st compression segment in nitrided and chromium-plated steel
• 2nd segment in special cast iron
• Three-piece oil scraper made of special steel, alloyed and chromium-plated
