Cylinder Kit for Piaggio 4T 125cc to 200cc.

The cylinder has a chrome and nicasil coating, which gives you a high resistance to high temperatures. The piston has been lightened and reinforced. With 3 rings. According to the tests published by Malossi, the original 125cc engine delivers a power of 12hp.

With this cylinder kit we have 18hp! In addition to increasing the torque and power throughout the engine speed, you will feel the engine much fuller not only in maximum power but also throughout the whole curve.

So you will be more grateful for the increase in bass and acceleration increase in addition to the maximum power.

• Stroke 48,6 mm;
• Displacement 218 cc;
• Compression ratio 12.5:1.
• Material: High-silicon aluminium alloy, hardened and tempered, inner liner with silicon carbide overlay in a galvanic nickel matrix, and cross-smoothed with two diamond passes with very close tolerances.
• Processing: on high-precision numerically controlled machine tools.
• Piston-cylinder coupling selected to 0.005 mm.
• Newly calculated, extra-large heat exchange surfaces.

Piston:

• Super compact with three segments.
• Material: special main alloy of silicon aluminium with reduced thermal expansion with added tin on the sliding walls.
