Description
180cc conversion cylinder from Malossi, designed to increase the performance of 125cc models, with an exact displacement of 182cc thanks to its 63mm bore and 58.6 stroke.
The cylinder is made of high silicon aluminium alloy, hardened and tempered, with an inner liner overlaid with silicon carbides in a galvanic nickel matrix, and cross-smoothed with two diamond passes with very tight tolerances, on machines with high precision numerical control tools.
It contains a super compact piston with three special silicon aluminium alloy piston rings, reduced thermal expansion with added tin on the sliding walls.
