Description
The manufacturer Bidalot presents this leak WR 90/96cc in its version 2019 for Derbi. Designed for the largest XXL engines in the market.
The main difference with the 2017 version is that it significantly improves the power at high speed.
The exhaust flange has 4 fixing holes, and its duct has an evolution in section, oval -> round, for a perfect fit with the RF-WR cylinders. A 5 mm thick aluminium wedge is provided, which allows adjusting the length of the exhaust.
Features:
- AP04 steel sheets, thickness 8/10 mm laser cut.
- Rolling unit of each cone manually.
- Unitary welding of the seam of each cone by TIG welding.
- Configuring each cone and pointing by TIG welding.
- Welding of the pot by oxy-acetylene.
- Each weld is struck, so as not to have a weld bead inside the exhaust.
