Malossi Scooter Racing exhausts have been designed and manufactured with a single goal in mind: to achieve the best possible performance in combination with the cylinders for which they are made. Each evolutionary step in Malossi exhaust systems is the result of fluid dynamic studies capable of determining with absolute precision the ideal shapes and dimensions of the Scooter Racing exhausts.

Only perfect exhausts, characterised by absolute homogeneity of production, can boast the Malossi logo. The production technology, in fact, is common to all Scooter Racing exhausts and the only differences between them are exclusively to be found in the splitting of the cones.

All Scooter Racing exhausts are made from metal sheets with an exact and constant thickness of 0.8 mm, laser-cut, welded with watchmaker's precision and fitted with a calibration nozzle whose dimensions are subjected to the tight tolerances necessary to ensure that the pressure inside the exhaust is always maintained at the correct values.

The development of Scooter Racing exhausts is carried out together with the development of Malossi cylinders and to obtain maximum performance it is essential to always fit the exhaust with the cylinder for which it has been designed.
