Ceramic fibre to remake your exhaust silencer. now you can renew the fibre of your silencer to get the sound of when you bought it, and ride with peace of mind.

The Allpro fibre is made in the form of a canvas, so the assembly is easier.

• First the silencer is disassembled and then the old fibre is removed from the inside of the silencer.
• In a second step the Allpro fibre is simply rolled up inside the silencer. The Allpro fibre is sufficient for any silencer of a 2-stroke exhaust.

When replacing the fibre, the following must be taken into account:

• - Muffler with too little fibre: The exhaust is initially quite quiet, but after a short period the fibre moves due to the gases and forms an empty space. Then the exhaust is again quite noisy, also the fibre wears out very quickly.

• - Muffler with too much fibre: The lifetime of the fibre is longer, but the best sound insulation is not realised. The exhaust is possibly noisier. When mounting, we recommend not to wrap the fibre too tightly and not to press the fibre too hard.

When fitting the silencer cover it is also useful to seal the edges with heat-resistant silicone.
