Malossi has made several improvements to the power curve and most importantly increased the RPM limit to 15.000. The Digitronic CDI manages the ignition timing and the SAS valve.
Ignition advance map
The ignition advance is managed by a three-dimensional map by linear interpolation, which contains 16 parameterisation points for the rpms and 8 parameterisation points for the engine temperature.
SAS valve performance map
The secondary intake valve on the injection body allows the engine management to compensate for the non-linearity typical of a carburettor-fed engine.
The SAS (Secondary Air Source) valve is managed by the ECU via a linear interpolation performance map containing 16 parameterisation points for RPMs and 8 for engine temperature.
The SAS valve reduces emissions and optimises engine performance for all operating conditions.
Plug & play, compatible with original sensors and actuators.
Calibrations and fine-tuned drawings allow a concrete increase in engine performance.
