New insert head adaptable for cylinder Aprilia Rotax 140 ITALKIT, manufactured by CNC in high quality aluminum alloy. This insert improves the engine efficiency through the combustion chamber, design by Italkit technicians. The heat exchange is also better for better cooling and, therefore, more performance!
Squish Recommendations:
-1,60mm - will have a combustion chamber volume (Vcc)* de 13,2cc no spark plug and compression ratio of 13.41:1 (use cylinder gasket 0,50mm) Normal use
-1,4mm - will have a combustion chamber volume (Vcc)* de 12,70cc no spark plug and compression ratio of 14:1 (use cylinder gaske 0,30mm) High End and Drag
*Vcc is calculated till top surface of insert, less 2cc thread spark plug volume
The head gasket Ø64mm X 2mm and Ø23 X 2,5mm, like the original, is recommended for use with the original head cover!
