Description
The Polini fan crankcase spacer for Vespa is used to avoid that, after the replacement of the flywheel/ignition with components, the fan fins collide with the conveyor cover.
A remedy often used to avoid this problem is to place the washers under the external cover. This solution, however, leaves a crack on the periphery of the crankcase,significantly reducing the cooling air flow.
With the Polini fan crankcase spacer, this problem is avoided, while guaranteeing an optimal air flow for the engine cooling.
The spacer is made of stainless steel to resist corrosion and avoid deformation and is supplied with 3 longer screws than the original ones to compensate for the increased thickness, guaranteeing an optimal grip.
