This MHR (Malossi Hyper Racing) pulley kit includes an MHR variator, pulleys and a special belt

please note: Piaggio engines manufactured from 98 onwards have a larger pulley, therefore this kit does not include the rear pulleys, the original pulleys work perfectly with this kit.

This new system is based on the new Fixed pulley fixed pulley with a larger diameter and absolutely avant-garde technological features. The larger diameter of this pulley allows a significantly higher transmission ratio stroke compared to the original pulley which has a significantly smaller external diameter.
Malossi technicians have taken care of even the smallest details in the realization of this pulley using special material and a particular type of thermo-chemical treatment that confers a very high resistance to erosion and a high mechanical strength. This new fixed pulley has been made to have a perfect operation if coupled to the Malossi torque corrector (Torque Driver), having the same diameter as the fixed pulley.
