New Stage6 R / T Torque-Boost oversized pulley kit.
Oversized pulleys are different from the well-known steel pulleys as they are made of forged aluminium. It is a modular system in which the central part that guides the pulleys is bolted to the pulley. In the manufacturing process, both parts of the pulleys are machined, which ensures super exact measurements and inclination.
Stage6 has optimized the surface roughness during development, significantly influencing acceleration and reaction to throttle. This feature is highly durable, as the surface of Stage6 Torque-Boost pulleys is made of ceramic.
Other advantages of the modular system are the reduced generation of heat, with reduced weight compared to the current pulleys on the market and the interchangeability of the components in case of wear.
The Stage6 R / T Torque-Boost Kit ships with 38/41 different angle guides. Optionally we have guides of 39/42 and 37/40.
These are absolutely new characteristics pulleys. It is recommended to combine Stage6 R / T Torque-Boost pulleys with a variator and oversized belt.
Stage6 recommends Stage6 R / T drives and belts, they can also be combined with products from other manufacturers.
Attention: It is recommended to seal the pulley bolts with screw fixer and check every 5 hours of use.
