Variator kit with pulleys and belt Malossi MHR Overrange Next Yamaha T-Max 530 >12

Variator adapted to a sporty use for Yamaha T-Max 530 models from 2012-2016.

The travel has been increased, to allow a higher low gear. The ramps have been modified to give this Racing touch that certain preparations need, making the engine work at the rpm that delivers more power.

Torque Driver pulley , has a larger diameter compared to the original. With a completely new design allows to obtain a remarkable improvement in both acceleration and top speed.

Malossi technicians have controlled to the minimum the production of this pulley using special materials and in particular a thermo-chemical treatment that gives it a high wear resistance and a high mechanical strength.

The Over Range Semi-pulley has a re-designed angle to increase acceleration and final drive ratio.
