The OVER RANGE is also renewed: new variator!
This new system is applied on the new Multivar MHR Next variator, which, combined with the other components, allows to obtain truly unique performances !
The Torque Driver has a larger diameter compared to the original one and with the absolutely avant-garde technological feature it allows to obtain a significantly higher lengthening of the transmission development compared to the original pulley.
Malossi's technicians have taken care of every detail in the production of this pulley, using special materials and in particular the thermo-chemical treatment that gives it a very high resistance to wear and tear and a high mechanical resistance.
The Over Range is completed by the fixed half pulley which is raised to the diamond on the belt running surface and with a recalculated angle in order to subsequently increase the shifting range.
The Over Range system is complemented by a torque controller.
