Description
Malossi Ventilvar fan for CPI and some Morini 16mm shaft engines.
It is a fixed half pulley worked with diamond tools on the sliding surface of the belt and with re-calculated angle to increase the shifting speed.
This element completes the Multivar Variator and makes it unstoppable. Studied for the scooter variator line, it improves the working conditions of the transmission belt. It is not a simple accessory, but a very important part for the life of all the elements of the transmission. The temperature inside the crankcase where the variators with V-belt work at certain times is prohibitive and at certain times certain parts, such as the transmission belt and the variator rollers, suffer irreparable damage and sometimes the rollers can reach the melting point.
In addition to other advantages, Ventilvar has a higher cooling capacity than the original, a result that makes it indispensable for safe and sporty driving.
Attention: For 16mm crankshaft.
