Description
Malossi MHROverrange Kit for Piaggio Scooter 50 <1999.
The kit has been studied to improve the efficiency and the power of the engine. It is composed by the Malossi Multivar variator, which is in constant evolution, is accompanied by two roller kits to regulate the operation of the transmission.
The roller ramps have been redesigned to maximise the balance of the transmission and the bolt has also been redesigned n which, in addition to being chromed and ground, has undergone a vibration finishing treatment.
The Malossi Multivar MHR Aluminum variator is also supplied with the Ventilvar fixed half pulley.
New Malossi Alluminium Rear Pulley System MHR Aluminum pulleys now in aluminium to increase lightness and strength. The pulley is pinned to the bolts for high strength and the tolerance between the bolt and the bush has been reduced with a degree of roughness of only Ra.04.
The Malossi X K Belt transmission belt designed for racing two-stroke scooters, guaranteeing grip and consistency of performance.
