Description
The Bidalot Racing Factory manufacturer brings us this complete 6-disc primary transmission kit for the Derbi Euro 3 (D50B0) engines.
With this kit, we changed the main gear ratio from 21/78 to 21/64 to make the primary shaft turn faster and reduce torque to the clutch.
In addition, by completely modifying the bell and the aluminium clutch nut cut in the mass, it is possible to mount 6 clutch discs, instead of 4 original ones.
The clutch no longer skids and all the power supplied to the crankshaft output will be transmitted to the wheel.
The kit includes:
- Transmission of 1 primary pinion Z = 21dts + Balancer of the pinion drive shaft.
- 1 water pump pinion.
- 1 Primary Z drive wheel = 64dts mounted in the needle cage.
- 1 spacer
- 2 needle bearings.
- 1 CNC clutch housing.
- 1 CNC clutch nut.
- 1 set of 6 clutch discs + 5 smooth steel discs.
- 5 racing clutch springs.
- 1 set of screws.
